What Causes Lack Of Periods Since 4 Years At The Age Of 31?

hi,, i m sumithra, 31yrs old, height 162 cms, weight 62 kg, 5 yrs of married life with no issues.. i have PCOS and absence of periods for 8 yrs.. initially cycle was irregular,, for the past 4 yrs periods were absent for 6 months if i dont use any medication,, i had one ectopic pregnancy during treatment of ovulation induction.. i have high levels of testosterone.. so when im given ovisterone i got ectopic pregnancy,, i was given ovarian drilling some 2 yrs back,, but even after that i got cyst immediately after 2 months..first laparascopy was done in sep 2008 to remove ectopic pregnancy.. and second lap was done to puncture cysts in the ovary and small endometrial polyp was removed from the uterus..that polyp was benign and harmless only.. i was given 10 cycles of ovulation induction including one IUI.. first month i dint get any response for the ovipro.. and i was given krimson 35 to reduce testosterone levels.. after that i got good response and got ovum size above 20mm-24mm.. but dint conceive... so i was undergone one lap surgery and endometrial polyp was removed...and ovarian drilling was done..i have bulky abdomen.. and i feel some kind of pressure in the abdomen.. when i use susten 100mg tablets vaginally for 10days i will get periods.. or else i get once in 4 or 6 months natually.. am i ovulating or not? now im not under any treatment for past one year.. my husband semen results shows 60% motility 90 million count.. i feel itching outside of vagina.. most of the days.. and i have vaginal fluid when i get mood.. no pain during intercourse.. my fallopian tubes are normal and have no blocks.. my liver function shows SGPT 58.. i have past history of hepatitis some 8 years back.. after that only i got irregular periods.. is there any relationship between liver function and PCOD problem.. i feel stress.. im working as a assistant professor in private college.. in my report from one hospital doctor says, i have bicornivate uterus what does it mean? am i ovulationg or not? MY FSH LH RATIO WAS 1:4.. I HAVE FACIAL HAIR.. FOR THE PAST 1 YEAR IT IS GETTING MORE..
