What Causes Large Bumps On Head And Migraine?

My girlfriend has been experiencing migrane headaches for the past 4 months where she can t function at times. Now she has a large golf ball size bump on several areas of her scalp which is causing her migranes to get even worse. Can you tell me what might be the reason?

Hello dear,
I can understand your concern.Migraine should not be associated with bumps on scalp.Golf ball size bumps may just be a different entity. Please visit a General surgeon so that he can examine the bumps and form a diagnosis for the same.Migraine is a classical hemicranial headache, which is associated with nausea, visual aura(like seeing flashing zig-zag lights),photophobia(increase on exposure to light) and precipitated by a trigger factor(like stress, sunlight, any specific food item, smoking or alcohol).Bumps don't have even a far off relation.I hope it helps.
