Good morning, I have a question for a pediatrician.I have a newborn baby girl (6 days). She has a very uncommon shape of the nose bridge - very large and swollen. Especially the lateral parts of the basal bridge are very proeminent. i am very concerned and do not know what further investigations to make. I am thinking that now that she is so little there may be something i can do for her. Please help me with your advice. Thank you.
The best thing would be to meet an ent doctor , he will examine your child and guide you further. There can be many reasons for the swelling like dermoid cyst, etc and it is impossible to tell without examining your baby girl. Take care!
