What Causes Large Welt Above Eyebrow And On Scalp?
I have a large welt above my right eyebrow.it started just itching and has gotten bigger over the past 3 days.i also know have on my scalp on the right side and top of my head.i have some swollen tender spots just below my ears and they are sensitive.
hi. I have read your question and would like to know whether you have any fluid filled lesions.
as you have mentioned all your lesions are on right side it can very well be herpes zoster. herpes zoster is a viral infection which presents with fluid filled lesions over one side of the body. it's usually associated with pain.
please see a local dermatologist to have a confirmatory diagnosis or get back to us with these two answers: 1. whether there are fluid filled lesions. 2. do you have pain in the area or any other uncomfortable sensation.
hope this helps. thanks.
