What Causes Laryngitis With Sore Throat?

hi, I am 16 years old and for the past 3-4 days i've been steadily losing my voice, it started with a very soar throat and then got worse. i havent really coughed but when i do it hurts. i've also aches to go along with that, like lower body weakness and tingling in stomach and chest. Can you please help me?

As you said you had laryngitis ( infection of sound box). That is why you lost your voice. It is temporary and will recover after the inflammation is over.

Second thing you said is tingling sensation in stomach that seems to me GERD, it causes acid from stomach to esophagus and some time to mouth or throat.
You need to be as silent as possible so that your laryngeal muscle recover
.
Have hot steam inhalations.

For stomach upset you try PPI like pantoprozol 40mg once a day empty stomach.

Antibiotics for throat infection like Azithromycin 500od for three days.
