Hello sir I am 29 yrs old unmarried girl my best frnd forcefully inserted his dick in my vagina I took unwanted 72 pill after 45 mins of dis incidence I got my periods after 7 days of taking pill in oct but now in nov till yet my periods are due I m very whether I m pregnant

You had unprotected sex and immediately you had taken emergency pill.
It is very good that you had taken pill within 45 minutes. For unprotected sex, it requires to take pill within 72 hours to take its maximum effect.
Once you stop the pill then withdrawal bleeding occurs as you experienced, sometimes it is heavy also. So no need to worry about it.
Once you take the pill, period also disturbed. So do not worry about pregnancy, as stopping the pill produced bleeding then chance of pregnancy is not there
