What Causes Leakage From The Breasts While On HCG Injections?

Today one of my breast started leaking oil. Lots. I am not pregnant and have been taking HCG injections (only on my third day), however, I have done several rounds of HCG before and never had any side affects before. Would this leaking be in relation to the injections or would this be from another issue going on?

OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Fluid discharge from the breasts can be due to deranged prolactin hormone.
hCG injections are unlikely to cause this side effect.
Other causes like ductal ectasia and rarely ductal carcinoma should be ruled out.
I will suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated and treated accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
