What Causes Leakage Of Semen Before Passing Urine?
sometimes a few drops of semen comes before urinating specially when i have to go for #2. there is no arousal or sexual activity involved prior to that. it happens when i have to push a little, and i mean just a little as i never have any problem of constipation. Is this normal or something that i need to worry about.

* Usually, accumulated semen tends to flow out during mild pressure of the constipation part.
* A regular use of masturbation or intercourse ( if active ) will solve the issue in almost the majority of the cases. If persist, a possible prostate infection or else has to be evaluated with physical examination and needed tests.
