dear sir, i am a 26 years old young guy from india. while i go for latrine then i find some semen falling always. during the latrine time as much as i put pressure more semens fall down. kindly save me from this. this is my mail-id. YYYY@YYYY

This is perfectly normal for a 26 year old man. During bowel movements there is pressure on your prostate which then releases small amounts of prostate fluid. It contains almost no sperm, but with the naked eye you cannot see the difference.
