Hi,I am Dr. Alexander H. Sheppe (Psychiatrist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I had unprotected sex about 4 days ago and I had a wet dream last nite and then the following nite I had another dream which was not sexual at all and. Stil sperm leaked out. Does this mean i have an std? I am worried because its been a long time since i had wet dreams and never this frequent.
I can certainly understand your concern towards your semen leakage during sleep, this could be accompanied with wet dreams , but that does not mean that you have an STD, so nothing to worry, it may happen to anyone sometimes it may be related to our sexual thoughts, but not necessarily,
un protected sex has nothing to do with your semen leakage, if you have any foul smelling discharge or any other symptoms, then you need to go for consultation. hope this information would help you.
Post your further questions if any, I will available to take up your follow up questions
Thank you
