Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
.
The history of sudden onset blood in loose motion is suggestive of severe colitis.
You still have a feeling of passing stool and pain in lower abdomen and back. This indicates the need of a 5-day course of an antibiotic, metronidazole, activated charcoal tablets and probiotic.
If the problem is relieved, nothing to worry about.

If no response then you have to undergo the tests of blood, urine and stool, ultrasonography and colonoscopy to rule out any sinister problem.
And the further treatment will depend upon the the findings .
