Hi ! Good morning. I am Dr Shareef answering your query.
From your history, if I were your doctor, I would advise you to avoid eating from outside if you do to avoid any chances of an intestinal infection. I would advise you for a routine stool test for ova and cyst, and an ultrasound of the abdomen to rule out any intra-abdominal pathology for the hard feeling of yours in the abdomen apart from examining you physically. Further management would depend on the results of examination and reports of the related investigations.
I hope this information would help you in discussing with your family physician/treating doctor in further management of your problem. Please do not hesitate to ask in case of any further doubts.
Thanks for choosing health care magic to clear doubts on your health problems. I wish you an early recovery. Dr Shareef.
