What Causes Left Ankle Swelling After Wearing A Brace Post ACL Surgery?
I am wearing a Donjoy brace and three weeks after ACL surgery I have not had any pain since the surgery. Notice that my left ankle Has some red edema. Try loosening the brace at the bottom My doctor makes me wear it at night so I am a little worried and just don t know what to do to bring the swelling down Or redness. It s not swollen completely just a little bit

Try to loosen it a bit and keep the leg up above the heart level for few days.
