What Causes Left Armpit Pain And Shortness Of Breath?

I have a sharp pain under my left armpit whenever I take a deep breath. I cannot think of any impact to that area so i m unsure what could be causeing it. I am a 19 year old male. Its a little more towards the front of the chest but to the left of my pectorial muscle. Any explanations?

It is inflammation of covering of lung.Treatment of it is rest and analgesic such as ibuprofen.Another possibility is muscular pain. Treatment of it is again rest and analgesic such as ibuprofen.
