What Causes Left Chest Pain With Forearm Numbness And Breathlessness?

I m 14 and i will be 15 in 2 months. I have occasional stabbing pain on my left chest and uncomfortable sensation there. It all started a few months ago while i had tons of exams and i thought it was stress. It s now summer and i m still occasionally thinking abt my future plans and public exams coz i m rather competent. But i have numbness on my left forearm recently and also shortness of breath esp at night , which is right now.. I have always stayed up late but i often slept till 11 in the morning except sckl days i only have 4 hrs slp. But it s summer holiday now... I m 14 but do i have heart attack? I m really really worried so pls do answer!

Don't worry its not a heart attack. Its pure anxiety , so chill. As for ur numbess i think u should take proper diet and get some sleep. Also do take vitamins that are available over the counter .
