Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Flat abdomen and distended abdomen could be nonspecific. Now for the pain it could be colicky abdomen pain underlying cause of colic is matter it could be vague, or it could be an infection, stone condition, low water intake could be the cause, else it may not be due to hysterectomy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
