What Causes Left Side Chest Pain And Heaviness In Neck?

first of all befor i month i had mddle chest pain.. now its came to me left side, normaly i feel painging every time & some time little cough also i have, today

afternoon i feel my neck also very havy.... ,pls advise me why like that?

Noted you are complaining chest pain since one month with dull aching like and shifting...

Do you smoking????
Any positive cardiac history ???

First as you also have cough your respi examination done with stethoscope for rhonchi ....If it is present then bronchi constriction by allergen can cause pain.
So it might be allergic condition like asthma.
Pulmonary function test done for it...
It will also rule out bronchitis along with chest x ray....

If you are chronic smoker then fibrotic lung disease ruled out by chest x ray...

If no respi causes present then no need for worry...
It could be simple muscular pain...

If chest pain increasing then cardiac causes has to be searched by ECG ..
