What Causes Left Sided Abdominal Pain After Passing Motion?

So I have ibs very badly I just went 6 days strate without going poop I took two stool sofeners and lactolose last night also started my prleriod I still did not go poop I did give my self a suppository and drank a cup off coffee I Finley went poop at 4pm and ever sence then I have the worst pain on my left side could that be gas bubbles and cramps

hi,
pain in the left side of abdomen which is severe and considering it to be an irritable bowel syndrome is totally wrong ,because IBS is the diagnosis of exclusion so better consult your doctor ask for vsome basic blood investigations like Complete blood count,ESR,CRP,and Ultrasound abdomen if necessary a colonoscopy.
If everything turns out be normal then its IBS.
Till then you can consider MOVICOL mix this powder in a glass of water and drink in the night after your dinner ,may be pain abdomen is because 0of constipation.
Take tab IBSET twice a day for pain abdomen atleast 2 weeks.
