What Causes Left-sided Abdominal Pain And Blood In Stool Long After A Colonoscopy?

Hello I am almost 52 years old. I had a clear colonoscopy 22 months ago. I ve had a very small cramp on the left side of my lower abdomen since yesterday, as well as a light back pain also on the lower left side. This morning I had some blood on the toilet paper and some blood on the surface of the stool, it didn t appear to be in the stool itself. Overall there wasn t much blood. Internal Hemorrhoids, Diverticulitis, or something more serious?
