Hi,

The pain left lower abdomen can be related to intestine colic, tiny calculus or other ovaries like issues in the female.

The skin bruise does not co-relate with internal pathology at first glance and must be addressed to the consultant for further evaluation.

Primary relief with antispasmodic as drotaverine, local application of aloe vera gel over the bruise.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
