What Causes Left Sided Body Pain After Taking HCG?

I have a pain in my left side, pretty much since I started taking HCG, I think it is either my stomach, Spleen or Pancreas, the pain comes and goes through out the day. Sometimes bad other times milder, BM's do not help or make the pain go away, food does not either.
