What Causes Left Sided Lower Abdominal Pain When Bladder Is Full?

Hi for 18 months now i have had a pain on the left lower side when my bladder is full this is every morning, then i release the bladder and the pain is still there for an hour and half every morning. seen my doctor and had xray on my bladder last thurs waiting of results for bladder stones which doctor thinks it is, i am not sure it is and very scared of what might come back, could you tell me if it could be bladder stones or something else. thankyou.
