What Causes Left-sided Neck Stiffness And Sore Throat?
I have a stiff neck on my left side along with a sore throat on the same side. I do not have a fever. I have a headache on my right side but that is my normal migraine. I can swallow food and drink, but it really hurts to swallow saliva. The pain is severe and I have had it for over 24 hours.

You may be having neck space infection.Do you have any neck swelling,you might need antibiotics.Please consult otorhinolaryngologist.
