What Causes Left Sided Upper Abdominal Pain With Fever?
For the past three days I ve had a dull ache in my upper left abdomen. Yesterday I had a fever and body ache and I m having constant butterfly - like feelings in my stomach. can anyone help with what might be going on? about 10 years ago I had a quick bout of diverticulitis and was an inpatient for 3 days, hoping it s not the same thing. Luq is also tender to touch

Noted your history of diverticulitis 10 years ago and now pain in the left upper quadrant for 3 days with fever and tenderness also.
Obviously the first probable diagnosis will be diverticultis and a CT scan of the abdomen will be diagnostic.
Consult the Doctor and get started on proper line of treatment.
