Hi Welcome to healhcaremagic After going through your query I concluded that you are having leg pains and backache. It can be due to vitamin deficiencies as you are not regularly taking diet rich in vitamins. You are also advised to regularly check your thyroid level as thyroid deficiencies also causes similar pain. You can get your vitamin D3 levels checked and if it is low then it can be supplemented. Vitamin B , vitamin C and EvionLC will be useful. You can discuss your doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us.
