Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Usually after ovulation at the ninth day may present like implantation pain followed by from the 8th day onwards, a woman may start feeling common implantation daily symptoms in case it has occurred, which can include nausea or morning sickness, food aversions and taste changes, breast tenderness, a slight rise in body temperature, missed period, and a rise in basal body temperature. But each woman feel differently , so if HCG appears in the blood then symptoms may appear. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
