What Causes Leg Pain, Mild Headache And Brain Fog?

HI For the past two days my legs and acknowledge, specifically behind my legs have been feeling good achy and I have difficulty stretching to touch the floor. I have also had mild headaches and brain fog. Any suggestions on how to treat and/ or what it might be? I am on high b.oodoo pressure mess and going through menopause. Thank you

Your symptoms could be related to a viral infection, causing muscle pain (myalgia) and headaches. I would recommend taking ibuprofen three times daily for a short period of time. Magnesium supplements and vitamins would also help improve your physical performance.
If the problem persists, I recommend consulting with your GP for a physical exam and some tests (complete blood count, PCR, sedimentation rate, CPK).
