What Causes Leg Pain While On Tramadol?

My husband is having acute pain in his leg. He is extremely NON-addictive. He has neuropathy (advanced) but physical medicine doctors have said the leg pain is from scar tissue from spinal surgery. This level of pain is new. I gave him a Tramadol at 9 pm, EDT,. At 10 pm I gave him acetaminophen (500 mg). He is still in a lot of pain. It is now 11:36 EDT. He weighs about 200 pounds. Can I safely give him a second Tramadol? He will be 90 years old in October.

Hello,

I must say that one more shot of Tramadol is not required. Too much Tramadol can be problem for him. Instead give him one more Paracetamol or Flexon so that his pain is reduced. Go and meet a neurophysician as he has neuropathy and also in the meantime take vitamin B6, B12 and B complex as it is good for neuropathy. Be calm and nothing to get worried. Calm and peaceful mind is best medicine for any disease.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
