Hi I have a lot of pain when standing up, I have to stretch my knees before I can get up properly. The pai gets very bad when I sleep. I have busy legs, I stretch my legs so violently I wake up continuously (busy legs and when walking its not so bad. It takes a few seconds before I can move forward. It feels that the muscles in my knees shorten when I sit, and I am on high dosages of voltaren and Naprosyn which does not seem to work
