What Causes Leg Weakness And Shaking During Night?
I have beenon Bystolic 2.5 mg fro about 8 mos. I am an athlete and have noticed sudden leg weakness and shaking of legs (rhythmic) just beofre sleep and while sleeping. The exercising I do is Cycling and Resistance training both use alot of leg strength and endurance. Is the weakness and shaking related. It has been goign on fro 6 weeks. Mostly at night when I lay down and the shaking beigns just as I fall asleep and while sleeping
What I understand is you are facing flicker contraction of the muscles when you lye down in the evening time. The flicker contraction or twitching in other way is happening only during the night time. Is that so?
Maybe due to excessive exercise, there is some sodium imbalance between the tissues. Why don't you try having lemon juice with added little sugar and a pinch of salt?
Let us observe for a week or so and then let's take the call about how and what is the situation.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
