What Causes Legs Knots With Burning Pain And Hardness?

I have had little knots in my legs that slip around for some time now. The other day I rubbed my foot over my shin where the knots are and there was a very sharp burning pain and the bump is not moving. It is not red or swollen, just hard and very painful.

Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you have got knots in your leg. One of knot over shin is very hard and painful. I think these knots are subcutaneous lipomas. For pain you can take analgesic such as ibuprofen for few days.Pain is likely to subside. I think these are not much harmful. You of got excision biopsy of one of knot which is hard and painful to confirm the diagnosis. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. I do hope that you have found something helpful.
