Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
She has colon cancer with metastasis in liver. So it is considered as stage 4 cancer. Treatment is very difficult. Chemotherapy remains drug of choice. However despite of treatment prognosis is very poor. Survival rate is very low. I am very sorry to say but a man should not expect much from this case. And you are correct. if it is left untreated then life expectancy is very low.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have any doubts then contact me at bit.ly/Drsanghvihardik, I will be happy to answer you.
