I m a regular gym freek,Ithink I put almost 2-21/2 hrs for almost 5 days this week and also worked hard last week too.And added to this I was going very low on solid carbs.Since last week I was feeling little swirly or wobbly sometimes,especially when I have glass of water.I m used to drinking lot of water,may be 12-14 glasses whole day.Yesterday evening my BP was 125/75.Can you please advise me on this
Dear friend, i understand your problems... please dont worry about the symptoms they are non-specific . very less glucose levels (hypoglycemia) will have irritability, plapitations, giddiness etc.. moreover, now that you are working hard in gym please take more of proteins .. like egg white, sprouted grains, boiled fish and chicken with out skin. If you consume more of proteins and very minimal carbohydrates that is very good for your health!!! if our body needs energy (glucose) even proteins can be converted to glucose!!! avoiding direct intake of carbohydrates is a healthy habit. Do take lot s of water frequently ... eat fruits and more of green leafy vegetables....by the way what is your age, height, weight ... contact me again with details i will be happy to assist you more...
