What Causes Less Urination In A Child?

my 3 year old daughter only urinates 2-3 times per day and sometimes she goes 18 hours without urinating. She says she does not want to go. Is this likely a behavior issue...meaning she is just deciding not to go or could there be a medical condition?

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
I have read your question in detail and I know that you are very concerned about your child but don't worry about.
If child is passing less urine then you need to do some investigations like urine routine microscopy test and culture test and ultrasound kub to look for post voiding retention.
Try to give more liquid diet to child.
Further treatment will depend on above reports.
I hope this will help you.
Wishing your child good health.
Take care.
