Hi im 18 weeks pregnant, im not overweight, but recently im out of breath just walking up the stairs, I have to sit down when i get to the top, Also when i pick my kids up from school and take them my arms and legs feel so heavy and finding it really hard to get back and forth

Go for blood test cbc for anemia. anemia can cause shortness of breath and lethargy. Take good diet and iron and calcium supplements.
