What Causes Lethargy,epigastric Pain And Chills?
I am very lethargic, have mid epigastric pain, headache, minimal appetite, belching, chills and the feeling of being very hot and sweating. What is wrong with me. I am a fifty year old female. I am 5'8" weigh 150lb. I do not take any medications and have no allergies.

Dear just check your blood pressure and thyroid status. Which may cause lethargy. Acute viral fever or other inflammation in body gives lethargy.
