What Causes Lh Surge During IUI With Two Follicles?
I took Clomid 50mg this month for IUI. Just had my scan and I have two follicles at 21mm and 20mm. They checked my lh level at the office with a urine stick and it was a faint positive. My doctor doesn t want to do the trigger shot since I am beginning to have an lh surge. I go for my IUI tomorrow.

LH surge is a good thing, cause LH hormone rises sharply and therefore results in ovulation(rupture of your follicle) . That's why your doc has suggested not to induce ovulation artificially. Go in relaxed for your IUI.All the best !!!.
