What Causes Light Bleeding 10 Days After An Unprotected Sex?

I m 32 years of age, obese, taking 112.5 thyronorm. I took unwanted 72 without food within 30 minutes of unprotected sex. Then i took light food after one hour. Now after 10 days I m having light bleeding or rather spotting. Is it implantation bleeding? Has the emergency pill not worked?

Since the pill contains high dose of progesterone, the hormone balance of the body is disturbed and this alters the menstrual pattern. The protection rate offered is very high up to 98-99 % as you took the emergency contraceptive pill soon after the unprotected sexual intercourse.
