What Causes Light Bleeding And Protruding Cervix?

this is a female question. I thought I had a yeast issue, but I have treated it for three days and its getting worse in a different way. My cervix is protruding literally. I am not sure if it is swollen or falling out. I have never had this before and I have not had any unprotected anything. I have had slight bleeding, but I am not cycling.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
I understand your concern.
The problem you have can be -
- Cervical prolapse in vaginal opening. There is history of increased abdominal pressure due to- difficult labor/ chronic cough/ constipation/ strained urinationsome abdominal tumor. This is usually reducible( can be pushed in) & increases after straining.
- The more possibility seems to be cervical ectropion- where cells inner lining of cervix grows out to reach the vaginal opening. This condition is associated with white discharge/ slight bleeding after sex
* Both the conditions need to be treated after physical examination/ investigations ,to be followed by specific treatment.
Thanks.
