What Causes Light Bleeding With Clots During Pregnancy?

I am atleast 12wks pg today. I have lupus, fibromyalgia,and emdometriosis. Today i stood up and had a small gushof blood and it had a tiny bit of stringy clot in it. No cramping or pain at all. I dont know if i shoukd go to er or just rest for awhile and see if the bleeding continues/starts up again.

I suggest you to consult obgyn doctor.
During pregnancy mild bleeding is also indicate bad sign.
So consult to doctor for ultrasound and proper treatment.
