Hi,
I understand your concern.
With Implant contraceptive ( Implanon/nexplanon) , women have lighter, lesser or no periods. There is possibility of irregular bleeding in first 6-12 months of insertion.
The slight brown discharge you have is quite common in first year of insertion of implant. & the pain just as the pain before periods are. Please don't worry.
Thanks.
