your question does not include your age, if you are middle aged 45-55 this could be menopause having irregular periods. if you are younger irregular periods also can happen in times of stress or with certain medical conditions. If you were slightly late for period, chances are your bodys hormone regulation was just altered slightly and is nothing to worry about. if you are having unprotected sex and notice late or delayed periods then high concern for pregnancy, you can take over the counter pregnancy test to confirm.
