Occasional headache with queasy stomach can be due to intestinal infection of some sort.
The systolic blood pressure looks okay but the diastolic blood pressure is definitely less and the pulse rate too.
I would advise you to maintain the Blood pressure chart.
Consult your Doctor as soon as possible so that a proper clinical evaluation can be done and get the stool and blood tests to get a proper diagnosis to get started a proper course of an antibiotic,
metronidazole, probiotics and as needed.
If the blood pressure and pulse rate does not get to the normal levels, it may be needed to
consult a Cardiologist too for clinical evaluation, examination and cardiac checkup like EKG,
Echocardiography and so on to get a proper diagnosis and management.
Since you are hypothyroid and taking
Eltroxin, this too can have a direct or indirect impact on the health and the gastrointestinal and cardiac system. Hence get these blood tests too to get proper adjustment of the medication as required.
