What Causes Light Headedness And Numbness After Exercise?
I am 44 years old. I had exercised this morning.I ate a protein bar and had a shake for breakfast.I was getting ready to go out and suddenly i felt light headed and my right hand felt numb and was trembling.It lasted only a few minutes.But was scary. i.m not sure if I should be concerned and go to a doctor.

There are many causes for dizziness . from simple and easily treatable causes to serious causes .
Simple causes are :
1. Abnormalities in BP: Both high and low BP can cause dizziness. 2. Abnormalities in Blood sugars: Both high and low Blood sugars can cause dizziness.
But dizziness ( light headedness ) along with numbness of hand points more towards Brain problem . It happens due to inadequate blood supply to brain . I advise you to consult your doctor soon as if neglected it may lead to brain stroke.
