What Causes Light Headedness, Headache, Neck Pain And Dizziness?
I m 46 and have been getting light headed,Head ache, neck pain and just overall tiredness about a week before my periods lately. The dizziness got so bad yesterday I had to sit completely still for about 2 hours untill it passed. Is this just a hormonal thing?
First of all, you should measure your blood pressure and if it were high you should receive a medical treatment, take aspirin 160 mg, decrease salt and fat intake and do an ECG and ECHO on your heart to assess ejection fraction. Second, if you had a heart problem, you should do lipid profile in the blood. If you take oral contraceptive pills,you should ask a gynecologist for help.
