hello, your age and gender is not mentioned which would have been very useful.
if you are in a perimenopausal age group, postmenopausal hot flushes can be a cause for your present issues.
transient arrhythmias and rarely pheochromocytoma can be a cause - holter monitoring and urine metanephrine / normetanephrine assay will help to rule out these issues.
some people do sweat excessively by virtue and beta blockers and sympathectomy is done with inconsistent results
