General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello!
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms of frequent urination ,excessive thirsty ,tiredness ,lightheadedness might be related with Diabetes.
You should test your blood sugar to confirm it.
If Diabetes is excluded ,other possible causes for such symptoms are:
-Urinary tract infection .You should do an urinalysis to confirm it.
-Anemia .Run a complete blood count to exclude anemia.
-Hypothyroidism .You should test your thyroid function.

I suggest to consult a physician and get examined.

Hope it was of help.
Take care!
