What Causes Light Period After Taking Primolut?

Hello, I got married 2 years back, my problem of getting irregular periods has increased after that and i usually dont get periods on time. I am 29 and no kids.

This time my period flow after taking primolut N is very low. Can you please tell me why and what should I do?
