What Causes Light Period?

Hii i m married women scence 5years now v r planning for baby but its not concerving yet i consulted a gyna and completed her 1month course but due to some family issues i couldn t consult her again even if my periods r irregular but whenever it used to come flow used to be their this time my last periods date was 30th jan and after that it came in this month that is on 26th march but their was very little very little bleeding even my galf pad wad clear could u pls tell me y this happened?

Hi,

You have irregular cycles so there may be a hormone problem. This doesn't mean that you can't conceive.

You can take estroprogestative contraception for 2-3 months to make cycle regular then you can stop them and try conceiving. May be you should do even an ultrasound.
