What Causes Light Periods And Cramping In Lower Back?

i got my period when i was suposed too, and everything was fine but i had a little more cramping this time in my lower back. i usaully get my period for about 2 and a half to three days but now its been four.. my period right now is barley there and is still red and you can see it when i pee. im 15 years old and sexualy active.. what could this be?
